We’re on the hunt for a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused Territory Manager – Food Service (known internally as Business Development Executive) to help us expand our Foodservice footprint across NSW. If you love the thrill of chasing new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and turning strategy into sales, this is your chance to rise with one of Australia’s most iconic brands.
In this role, you’ll be the yeast in our growth strategy—managing 25+ distributor accounts, baking up new business opportunities and ensuring our delicious products are front and centre across the state.
The region covered in this role will be from North Sydney, The Mid North/North Coast, North West & New England Region. Role is inclusive of a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle, iPad and phone.
Purpose of the Role
- Driving incremental volume and unlocking new business across NSW with End Users, Distributors, predominantly but not limited to the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe) space
- Building strong and nurturing relationships with distributors and end users
- Executing national campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Reporting on performance and market trends to guide strategy
- Championing our values, safety standards, and quality promise
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in FMCG or foodservice sales would be highly desirable
- A growth mindset and hunger to succeed
- A natural flair for influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
