Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • 4‑month fixed term contract – full time hours
  • Support and mentoring from an experienced TA team

 

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team through a period of increased recruitment volume. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the recruitment process for our waged, frontline operations workforce.

 

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, agency resourcing or HR support who is ready to step into a fast-paced environment and expand their Talent Acquisition capabilities.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Review a high volume of applications and resumes for frontline operational positions
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability, availability and interest
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with hiring managers across operations
  • Clearly articulate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and represent our brand with professionalism and energy
  • Manage background checks and compliance requirements, including pre-employment medicals, work rights and police checks
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely workflow updates
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process

 

About You

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, agency resourcing or HR support
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills — able to juggle multiple moving parts
  • Confidence communicating over the phone and representing an EVP
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing compliance tasks
  • Proactive, reliable and solutions‑focused
