Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across our roles nationally. You’ll partner with hiring managers and the P&P team to deliver a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our values and drives business success.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Seek, referrals and internal platforms
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews, reference checks and offer management
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with background checks
  • Promote Tip Top’s employer brand through engaging content and championing Tip Top as an Employer of Choice

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven recruitment experience in-house, on-site, or agency
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Resilience, adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement
