We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Inventory Supervisor to join our team at our Chullora site. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities within the Production Facility.
The Inventory Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and uninterrupted flow of ingredients and materials to production. You will lead the site’s Stores and Inventory operations, maintain accurate master data, and drive safe, effective manufacturing practices in line with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Stores & Inventory team, ensuring efficient material flow to production through a hands-on management approach
- Manage SAP master data and inventory processes, including stocktakes, goods receipting, and system accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards (including HACCP) while promoting a strong safety culture
- Drive operational and financial performance through continuous improvement and cost control initiatives
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safe for service before commencement of work activities.
- Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Frontline Management/Business Management Diploma
- SAP experience is highly regarded
- Forklift license is preferred or previous experience with maintaining forklift compliance
- Detail Oriented and diligent
- Previous Warehouse experience essential
