Shopper Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

We seek an experienced Shopper Marketer with E-Commerce experience who is passionate, motivated and ready to work in a fast paced diverse role. Working closely with our Sales & Marketing teams, this role takes responsibility for the go-to-market activities for the entire Tip Top bakery portfolio.  Do you want to join our team dynamic and fun team

As the Shopper Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for maximising category performance through leading the creation and execution of Shopper Marketing plans, both online and in-store, collaborating internally with key marketing and sales team stakeholders and delivering first class insights and solutions to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead first class activations (retailer & brand, in-store and online) and negotiations to deliver market share growth
  • Lead the development and execution of short and long term strategies which optimise category performance, profitability and sales revenue and achieve company and category objectives.
  • Integral input into our Joint business plans
  • Be the strategic lead for E-Commerce Marketing
  • Lead and develop continuous improvement with our Shopper processes, initiatives and communication.
  • Evaluate and monitor retail customer initiatives, working closely with Cartology & Coles360
  • Manage end to end process of creative idea to execution with Sales Operations and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling shopper marketing plans
  • Manage monthly and annual shopper marketing, category and trade analytics investment, on budget.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Be a great team player and leader to manage all stakeholder engagement ensuring projects are delivered on time and in full
  • Deliver strong negotiations with tangible outcomes to deliver a first class activation plan aligned with retailer strategy
  • Strong Shopper Marketing experience that includes negotiating and leveraging insights to deliver tailored Shopper Marketing plans, achieving company and customer objectives and advancing category leadership.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term category growth strategies and short term ‘Go to Market’ activities.
  • Experience in partnering with Marketing to deploy fundamentals of Category Leadership, drive category growth and achieve category captaincy.
