The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Services team. This role is pivotal in providing first-level technical support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and contributing to the smooth operation of our service desk function.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to service requests and incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalating complex problems to second-level support teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the service desk.
About You
- Has a foundational understanding of IT systems and service desk operations.
- Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is customer-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Is eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
