We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Burgers & Bakery Snacks team. Someone who thrives on creating strategies and delivering results across a diverse portfolio under an iconic Australian brand, Tip Top.

In this newly created position based in North Ryde, you will report into the Head of Marketing and be responsible for developing the growth strategy for Tip Top Burgers & Bakery Snacks, with the support of an Assistant Brand Manager.

Purpose of the role

  • Work on an iconic Australian brand developing strategic plans to achieve growth ambitions for Tip Top Burgers & Bakery Snacks
  • Create and implement ATL & BTL product marketing plans, working closely with creative and media agencies, including campaign socials
  • Drive portfolio innovation pipeline working with Insights & Innovation teams
  • Lead cross functional project teams including Sales, Category, Operations to step change growth
  • Budget management, including P&L & ROI choices and day to day portfolio management

About you

The ideal candidate will have

  • A passion for iconic local brands
  • 2+ years Senior Brand Management experience with substantial experience in Marketing
  • A passion for a marketing career in FMCG food
  • A creative thinker with a history of developing successful portfolio growth strategies and executing impactful marketing plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, as you will need to inspire and collaborate well to drive cross functional teams to deliver growth ambitions
  • Exceptional influencing, networking and communication skills, to engage and influence senior executives and customers  
  • Experience working with multiple agencies to develop and manage ATL campaigns
  • Extensive innovation experience, from ideation, concept creation through to pipeline creation and launch
  • The ability to analyse data from multiple sources and identify key insights and opportunities
  • Outstanding project management skills and adherence to stage gate processes
  • Strong commercial acumen, developing P&Ls and managing portfolio profitability
