The Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled SAP IBP System Analyst to join our team on a Max Term basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our SAP IBP applications, Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS), and BTP integrations with backend systems including SAP ECC, SAP BW, and SAP APO. You will collaborate closely with the IBP Functional Consultant to design, implement, and enhance application architecture and related business processes. This is a hands-on role requiring both functional and technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of SAP IBP systems.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved with:

  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users, including troubleshooting and guidance on best practices
  • Investigate and resolve issues using SAP IBP, CI-DS, BTP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to escalate and resolve system issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
  • Maintain role profiles and security settings for SAP IBP users
  • Support system upgrades and contribute to improving reliability, resiliency, and security

About You

  • 1-2 years SAP IBP experience is preferred 

  • Foundational understanding of SAP IBP and Supply Chain business processes 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities 

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
