The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and enhances overall planning processes. Following the platform's implementation, you will take on the responsibility of managing and governing the system, acting as the key gatekeeper for its ongoing success. This will include overseeing platform performance, ensuring data integrity, managing user access, and providing expert guidance on best practices.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved with:

  • Be a part of business and BTS leading teams to the design and implementation of the SAP IBP platform, working closely with various business stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure the solution meets organizational goals.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
  • Oversee the transition from implementation to post-implementation support, ensuring the platform is effectively governed and continuously optimized.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IBP-related inquiries and issues, offering expert support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant technology / business discipline
  • Strong understanding of SAP IBP functionalities and proven experience with SAP IBP implementations, configuration, and optimization.
  • Experienced in SAP ECC, SAP BTP (preferable) , S/4 HANA 
  • Ability to positively support and encourage others through change
  • An excellent understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Current knowledge of emerging technology trends.
  • Ability to manage and govern the platform post-implementation, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
