Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented SAP Data Lead to join our Next Gen ERP programme for a 12-month Max Term Contract. This newly created role will lead the data cleanse, migration and governance workstream, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and readiness of master data throughout the ERP transformation. You will define and enforce data governance frameworks, lead cleansing and validation efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data assets aligned with SAP S/4 HANA requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of the SDT-based data migration strategy from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Establish and enforce robust data governance policies and frameworks.
- Drive data profiling, cleansing, deduplication and validation activities.
- Define mapping and transformation rules for master data and open transactions.
- Collaborate with business units, SI partners and SDT tool providers to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on data governance and quality expectations.
- Ensure legacy data archiving and accessibility in line with regulatory and business needs.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience managing master data in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
- Proven track record in data migration, cleansing and validation for ERP implementations
- Familiarity with SDT tools (e.g. SAP LT, BTC, CBS, Natuvion, Syniti), SAP MDG, ETL tools and data governance solutions
- Strong understanding of SAP data objects across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- FMCG industry experience and exposure to fast-paced ANZ business environments desirable
