As Recruitment Coordinator at Tip Top, you will be working within an established Talent Acquisition Team providing recruitment support to our Field Sales Team across Australia.

This role is fast paced and dynamic and requires a knowledge of recruitment, an organised and methodical approach to work, excellent administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure. Given the high volumes of vacancies it would be suitable to someone who has had exposure of running or supporting a busy temp desk, who no longer wants to sell, however, enjoys delivery and wants to provide an outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day delivery of recruitment for front line sales
  • Follow a pre-defined recruitment process to source candidates and fill vacancies
  • Advertise jobs, ensuring the adverts are accurate and vacancies have been approved
  • Review CVs received to ensure candidates meet the minimum criteria for a position
  • Forward CVs to hiring managers and book in interviews, liaising with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Update the recruitment database to ensure that the data is accurate and the candidate journey is being tracked

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous recruitment/resourcer experience. Open to agency consultants seeking a role in house!
  • Strong customer service skills, with work experience gained within a customer centric organisation such as retail or sales would be favourable
  • Strong administrative skills
  • The ability to juggle a high volume workload
  • Highly organised
