We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Supply Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement and driving excellence in supplier performance.

As the Quality Supply Manager, you’ll lead the approval and compliance of all suppliers and products (ingredients, packaging, service providers, and 3rd party manufacturers) across Tip Top. You’ll be the key connector between internal teams and external partners, ensuring our supplier base meets the highest standards in food safety, quality and legal compliance.

This role is preferred to be based at North Ryde, however, would consider Tip Top bakery locations across ANZ.

Purpose of the role

• Manage the Tip Top Supplier Assurance Program, ensuring all suppliers and products meet food safety, quality and legal requirements
• Manage new ingredients/packaging approval process in consultation with relevant stakeholders (procurement, regs, Ops, NPD) and Tip Top food safety & allergen requirements
• Coordinate and conduct supplier audits, manage audit schedules and support internal and external audit processes
• Lead investigations into supplier-related issues across multiple sites and drive timely resolutions with minimal disruption
• Keeping all relevant documents and databases up to date
• Track and report on key metrics, analyse trends and drive improvements in supplier performance and food safety outcomes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and proactively manage hazards and incidents.

The ideal candidate will have

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science (or equivalent)
• Internal and external auditor certification
• At least 2 years’ experience in a quality/auditing role within food manufacturing
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A continuous improvement mindset and analytical problem-solving ability
