The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised People & Performance (P&P) Coordinator to join our Group Office team in North Ryde on a 12-month max term contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of people programs, recruitment processes, reporting, and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the P&P Manager and broader team to ensure smooth coordination of key activities that enhance our workplace culture and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job ad creation, interviewing, scheduling, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
  • System maintenance of the HRIS, LMS and others as required, to ensure system and reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide accurate, efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment variations, offboarding, adhoc reporting and administration of employee recognition program
  • Support of annual processes such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, development planning, remuneration reviews and annual reporting tasks
  • Maintain and update people-related trackers and reporting tools.
  • Work with a continuous improvement mindset to improve the daily administration of the P&P function to find more efficient process or a better experience for our stakeholders

About You

  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines
  • Proven experience working accurately and efficiently to deliver quality outcomes
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years administration experience supporting a HR or Recruitment function is desirable
  • Passionate about employee wellbeing and engagement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools is highly desired
  • Keeps confidential information confidential, and acts with discretion, and a high degree of personal integrity
