P&P Administrator, Systems

Join us as a HR Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract, to support our new HRIS – People Hub

In this position you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and be exposed to many areas of HR, digital people systems and the employee life cycle.  Bring your customer service, energy and administrative skills to this role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside the HR Systems team focused on HRIS processes, maintenance and reporting, reward and recognition and employee surveys.

Your responsibilities include

  • Provide accurate, efficient, and professional administrative support to the HR Systems Team, focusing on enhancing the HRIS user experience and promoting self-service to key stakeholders.
  • Generation of employment life cycle documentation through HRIS processes
  • Coordination of our employee service and Reward & Recognition program
  • Generate high quality reports and insights for activities such as engagement surveys, WGEA reporting, Reward & Recognition etc

  • An interest in data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in business functions of Microsoft suite
