The Role:
We are currently seeking a Network Architect (Senior Network Engineer) to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering solution designs for network projects, maintaining architectural standards, and supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise with responsibilities between the Architecture and Operations teams to ensure continuity, responsiveness, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions and designs for network projects, collaborating with Enterprise and Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
- Acts as a bridge between IT and business units, collaborating with site managers, engineers, and project managers to scope and deliver network solutions that directly support business initiatives.
- Maintain the Architecture Repository and ensure alignment with ABF/GWF security frameworks
- Provide high-level planning and resource estimation for network solutions
- Act as QA and service introduction lead for projects transitioning to operations
- Support Network Operations, other team leaders, and Enterprise / Solution Architects
- Maintain technical relationships with Cisco and strategic network partners
About You
- Looking to take the next step in your career—transitioning into architecture while staying hands-on with the technology you love.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise networking, including Voice, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and internet links.
- Strong background in firewall and network security.
- Proven experience in solution design, scoping, and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN and SD-Access.
- CCNP certification (minimum).
- Exposure to manufacturing networks and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
