National Supply Planning Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Supply Planning Manager to oversee our Chilled & Frozen product lines. This role is crucial in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for matching supply and demand, optimising our supply chain network, and ensuring that our products are delivered to the right place at the right time, at the lowest cost.

 

Purpose of the Role

•    Lead the Supply Review (SR) process within the Tip Top Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Framework
•    Drive optimal supply planning and execution for new product development, product deletions, and inventory control
•    Manage the integrity of Supply Chain Planning and Material Master Data
•    Develop and implement long-term capacity planning and supply network optimisation strategies
•    Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•    Lead and develop the Supply Chain Planning team to ensure alignment with Tip Top’s strategic goals

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have: 

•    5+ years of relevant supply and inventory planning experience within FMCG industry will be highly regarded
•    Advanced SAP (desirable) and Microsoft Excel skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a matrix organisation
•    Strong business acumen with whole of business thinking
