National Account Manager

Tip Top is on the rise and we’re looking for a commercially savvy National Account Manager to lead our Discounters & Customer Brands portfolio. If you thrive on building strong customer relationships, driving growth and delivering value through private label and discount channels, this is your chance to make a real impact. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Customer, you’ll identify and deliver profitable growth opportunities, lead strategic planning and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products and initiatives to life.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Lead customer strategy and joint business planning (JBP) for Discounters and Customer Brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners
  • Drive new product development and packaging changes aligned with customer needs
  • Manage pricing, range, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across customer accounts
  • Deliver financial targets including revenue growth and profitability
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Quality teams Operations and Finance

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in FMCG account management, category management or similar
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including P&L ownership
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with forecasting, Excel and business case development
