At Tip Top, we’re not just baking bread, we’re baking success. As part of the George Weston Foods group, we’re on the hunt for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven National Account Executive to join our high-performing Foodservice QSR team.

 

This role is all about relationships. You’ll be the friendly face, the trusted advisor and the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it and with a smile.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key QSR clients (think KFC, HJ’s, Domino’s)- you’ll be their trusted partner and go-to problem solver
  • Support the National Business Manager in delivering strategic plans and annual business targets
  • Drive accurate forecasting, promotional planning and pricing administration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance and innovation teams to make things happen
  • Spot trends, solve problems and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Deliver reliable, responsive service that makes our customers feel valued and supported

 

What You’ll bring

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years in FMCG, Foodservice, or B2B sales (bonus points if you’ve worked with QSRs)
  • A knack for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking and a love for data-driven decision-making
  • A cool head under pressure and a “let’s make it happen” attitude
  • Technically savvy – Salesforce experience desirable
