We're on the lookout for 3x skilled Maintenance Electricians to join our high-performing team at Tip Top’s Chullora site.

If you’re the type of sparkie who enjoys keeping automated equipment running at its best, and wants long-term stability with a nationally recognised brand — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Electrical preventative maintenance on production lines and site infrastructure
Fault finding & diagnostics on automated equipment and electrical control systems
Responding to breakdowns, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely repairs
Supporting continuous improvement & root cause analysis
Maintaining accurate work orders, logs, and SAP records
Collaborating with production teams to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly

The ideal candidate will have:

Electrical Trade Qualification
Experience in industrial maintenance — FMCG, manufacturing, or food industry highly valued
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
A safety‑first mindset and ability to work under pressure
PLC exposure (Siemens/Allen‑Bradley) — advantageous but not essential
