Industrial Cleaner

Tip Top are looking for an Industrial Cleaner (Sanitation Officer) to join our team at Charmhaven. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across our bakery operations.

• Roster: Mon-Wed 12pm- 10:30pm & Thursday 12pm-8:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and facilities
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and company hygiene standards
• Complete cleaning schedules and documentation accurately
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Report any hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hygiene or sanitation within food manufacturing (highly regarded)
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow strict procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast moving food manufacturing environment
