Due to an internal promoton, we are seeking a HSE Coordinator to support our national Field Sales team across Australia, assisting with health, safety, wellbeing, injury management and return-to-work activities. This role is ideal for someone with some HSE experience who is looking to build their capability and gain exposure across a national workforce.
Purpose of the Role

Support the delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the business

Coordinate HSE training programs, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns

Assist with maintaining HSE records, documentation and reporting requirements

Monitor and analyse HSE data, preparing reports and identifying trends

Support incident investigation processes and follow-up corrective actions

Assist with injury management and return-to-work administration

Conduct workplace inspections and support audit activities

Help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety and wellbeing

Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader HSE team and Sales leaders
About You

1-3 years' experience in a HSE, WHS, safety coordination or related role

Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards completing it)

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience using HSE systems, safety reporting platforms or incident management systems will be highly regarded
-
Exposure to injury management, return-to-work processes or incident investigations will be advantageous
-
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail or a field-based workforce is beneficial but not essential

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the HSE profession.
