Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders? Tip Top, Australia’s leading bakery brand and part of the George Weston Foods (GWF) group, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team in North Ryde.

 

This role will provide critical support to our Managing Director, Finance Director and People & Performance Director. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for senior leadership
  • Provide confidential administrative support and manage sensitive information
  • Support strategic projects and ensure timely reporting and coordination
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other Executive Assistants
  • Ensure compliance with GWF’s HSE policies and procedures

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP and travel booking systems (desirable)
