We’re on the lookout for a National Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about people and ready to make a real impact over one of our busiest times of the year. Key Responsibilities
- Order Management – accurately key Customer orders
- Case Management - log and action incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels in a professional and timely manner
- Data Integrity: maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce),
- Internal Collaboration: liaise daily with Sales and Supply Chain teams to investigate and respond to customers in a timely manner
About You
- Exceptional Communication Skills, demonstrated ability to deliver clear, concise, and empathetic communication across verbal and written channels, supporting positive outcomes for consumers and customers.
- A love for helping people, solving problems, and multitasking skills.
- Confidence using multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-first attitude and a drive to improve every day.
