We’re on the lookout for a Consumer Information Centre Consultant who’s passionate about people and ready to make a real impact. Roster: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-12pm

Location: Chullora Bakery, 3 days in office, 2 days’ work from home

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Respond to consumer product complaints and general enquiries across phone, email, and web within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage investigations into consumer issues, providing updates to both customers and stakeholders until resolution
  • Provide consumers with accurate product-related information (e.g. ingredients, allergens, nutritional details) and maintain strong product knowledge across all Tip Top brands
  • Maintain the national complaints database with high levels of accuracy and data integrity
  • Manage open cases to ensure timely follow‑up and closure
  • Engage internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service experience essential, ideally in a call centre or fast‑paced support environment
  • FMCG or food manufacturing experience advantageous
  • SAP experience highly regarded or confidence using multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • A love for helping people, solving problems and multitasking skills
