What You’ll Do - Consumer Information Team – Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Consumer Enquiries: Handle incoming consumer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels in a professional and timely manner
- Enquiry & Complaint Management: Log, investigate, and resolve consumer enquiries & complaints in line with company and regulatory policies
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate product and consumer information in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring data is current, consistent, and compliant
- Product & Quality Information Support: Provide consumers with accurate product-related information (e.g. ingredients, allergens, nutritional details)
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise with Quality Assurance, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to investigate and respond to consumer feedback timely
