GWF is currently seeking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Change and Communication Manager to join the Group HS&E team on our “Beakon” IT safety system project.
This newly created role of Change and Communication Manager will lead the change management and communication efforts for our HSE IT project. This role is crucial in ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and prepared for the changes that will accompany the implementation of new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the IT project

Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Create and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about project updates, changes, and milestones

Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs that equip users with the necessary skills for new systems and processes

Track and measure the effectiveness of change management and communication efforts

Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and senior leadership to align change management activities with project goals
About You

Tertiary qualifications in relevant field (HS&E desirable NOT essential)

Experience managing a diverse range of projects and programs, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and applications

Effective communication and relationship skills to build trust and interact with all parts of the business & suppliers/internal stakeholders

Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change & process improvement

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to support the team when system issues arise

Demonstrated proficiency in planning and budgeting procedures and principles to accurately forecast & manage project budgets
