At GWF, we’re home to iconic brands and a passionate team of 6,000 people across 60 sites. As part of our Tip Top business, we’re looking for a Category Manager – Supply Chain to help shape and deliver our procurement strategy for warehouse and distribution operations.
This is a strategic role where you’ll influence outcomes, optimise working capital, and support a high-performance culture.
Purpose of the Role
- Developing and implementing category strategies for warehouse & distribution
- Managing tenders and contracts for external warehouse and distribution services
- Identifying and delivering ambitious cost-saving and efficiency targets
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying best-practice procurement tools
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across Tip Top, GWF and ABF
- Ensuring supplier performance, risk management and compliance with ESG standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–10 years’ experience in warehouse/distribution within commercial or procurement roles
- Proven ability to deploy best-practice procurement tools and techniques
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
- Experience in process improvement and change management
