We’re now looking for a Business Planning & Analysis Manager to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving value creation, strategic planning, and financial governance across the Tip Top business.
Your impact
As the Business Planning & Analysis Manager, you will:
- Lead planning and forecasting processes across ANZ, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to influence decision-making and drive performance.
- Deliver insights through financial reporting, modelling, data analytics (e.g. Tableau), and scenario analysis.
- Champion governance and risk management, ensuring compliance with GWF and ABF policies.
- Drive the Tip Top IBP process
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
What you'll bring
- CA/CPA/MBA qualified with a tertiary degree in Commerce, Economics or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning, integrated business planning (IBP), and commercial finance.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage change, and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience in SAP (preferred).
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and building culture.
