Our Tip Top Bakeries division is Australia’s leading supplier of quality bread and bakery products, supplying both the retail and foodservice channels. Working in a hybrid environment, based at North Ryde, as a Brand Manager – Foodservice, you’ll lead marketing activities for our B2B Direct Accounts channel, managing a product portfolio under four brands and driving growth through strategic planning, new product development (NPD) and digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across Sales, Innovation, Operations and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for the Foodservice channel
  • Champion brand performance by monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including product marketing via the Customer Order Portal and account acquisition via social media and email campaigns
  • Drive NPD projects from concept to commercialisation and optimize the product portfolio for profitability
  • Deliver marketing activation plans, promotional programs and sales tools
  • Manage budgets and ensure timely reporting and analysis

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Management, ideally in Foodservice or B2B
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and brand management
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to generate insights, think strategically and deliver results.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional projects
