A leader in Bakery Snacks, with Tip Top® Muffins, Tip Top® Raisin Toast and Tip Top® Café Toast, we are seeking a Brand Manager to join our business on an 8-month fixed term contract to drive portfolio growth.

Partnering with the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting time in the calendar, where you will be developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, working with agencies to develop campaigns and managing P&Ls including budget and ROI choices.

What you will bring

  • A marketer who loves or has a passion for food!
  • Experienced at working on brands at a similar level within an FMCG business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial drivers/ levers of the P&L
  • Experienced in influencing internal stakeholders at different levels of the business, and successfully engaging with external stakeholders
  • A confident speaker and presenter, with strong influencing skill
  • Creativity: A history of bringing powerful creative solutions to marketing challenges.
