Assistant Brand Manager

Tip Top have a great opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to effectively partner with the Marketing Manager to support brand portfolio and make a real impact.

In this role you will be responsible for the implementation of strategic marketing activities for the Tip Top and Golden Bakery Snacks, Buns & Rolls, and Pizza bases. Develop and execute marketing initiatives including consumer promotions, retailer activations and the execution of new product launches. 

Use your analytics and critical thinking skills to effectively manage a broad product portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your marketing and commercial skills whilst working with some exciting products and brands. Working in the food industry offers a dynamic and varied environment where you have the chance to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing and/or business is preferred.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making;
  • Effective communication skills. Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Marketing experience within an FMCG company is favourable;
