Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable team members to join our fast-paced team in Canning Vale. We have multiple opportunities available across our Rolls department:

 

  • Bakers
  • Baker Assistants
  • Slicing Operators

What You'll Be Doing

Bakers

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products
  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain high quality standards
  • Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other bakery equipment
  • Uphold strict food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Work collaboratively to keep production running smoothly

 

Baker Assistants

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines 
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals 
  • Record production data and report any issues

 

Slicing Operators

  • Operate and monitor slicing machinery to meet production targets
  • Ensure products meet required thickness, weight, and quality standards
  • Follow food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and safety procedures
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report faults or issues
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist with equipment changeovers and cleaning

 

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in baking, FMCG, manufacturing, food production (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
