At Tip Top, we’re proud to be Australia’s leading brand of quality bread and bakery products. As part of George Weston Foods (GWF)—we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Canning Vale.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient staffing, timely truck loading, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a safe and engaged team environment.
Roster: Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm
Purpose of the Role
- Lead and coach a team of 15+ staff to meet operational goals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure compliance with WH&S, QA, and food safety standards
- Manage warehouse planning, picking, loading, and fleet coordination
- Conduct audits, manage customer complaints, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Safety and Quality
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally in FMCG
- Strong leadership and team engagement skills
- Solid experience using Microsoft Excel and SAP (or similar)
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safe work practices
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
