State Account Manager

We are looking for a State Account Manager to join our high performing Foodservice Sales team. The world of Foodservice incorporates a hugely diverse range of customers from distributors, cafes, restaurants, schools, hotels, caterers, aged care and pubs.
As a State Account Manager, you will managing distributors and key end user accounts to build our business and ensuring profitable growth within WA.
Key Drivers;
- Develop clear channel and customer plans in conjunction with the National Sales Manager
- Implement national driven programmes such as pricing, new product launches, distributor promotions
- Achieving the set Tip Top Foodservice budgets for the state
No need to be stuck at your desk all day, everyday in this role, you will be based with us here at Tip Top, but need to travel across Perth, WA to meet our/new customers.
About you
- A proven track record of sales and commercial account management in the Foodservice industry
- The confidence to be responsible for the P&L performance of your portfolio of customers
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll be an active listener, able to present and the ability to build trust and credibility both internally, online and in-person meetings with National customers and their sales teams
- An entrepreneurial drive to get results and find creative ways to make things happen and hit targets
- Attention to admin detail and ability to get stuck into the numbers using Excel and forecasting tools effectively
