At Tip Top, we're looking for an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to lead our Daily Fresh division across our South West Operations in VIC, SA & WA. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the performance, capability, culture and strategic direction of multiple manufacturing and distribution sites across the region. You'll be a visible, hands-on leader who can comfortably operate from the bakery floor to the executive leadership team.
This role is ideal for a senior operations leader who understands both the detail and the bigger picture, someone who can identify operational opportunities at a macro level while ensuring strong execution on the ground every day.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Operations Director ANZ, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse network of sites, ensuring outstanding performance in safety, quality, service, people and cost.
- Leading multiple sites to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes
- Building a high-performing culture focused on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Provide leadership, structure, and resources to elevate safety and engagement to best-in-class levels
- Establishing a visible leadership presence across the region through regular site engagement, coaching and support
- Oversee the operational cost base, including labour, overheads, maintenance, material variances and supply chain costs
- Identifying and delivering productivity, efficiency and profitability improvements
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders - Heads of Quality, Safety, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to align divisional strategies and ensure consistent regional execution
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support product launches and consumer activities
- Managing significant operational budgets, assets and resources
About You
This role will suit an experienced operations leader who naturally operates at both a strategic and practical level.
You will bring:
- Significant experience leading complex, multi-site operations within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or a similar environment
- Strong leadership capability with a passion for developing people and teams
- Proven success delivering improvements in productivity, service, culture and operational performance
- Experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building capabilities
