We're looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our Canning Vale team and help ensure our warehouse and inventory operations run safely, efficiently and accurately.

 

Reporting to the Raw Material & Inventory Control Manager, you'll be responsible for managing inventory movements, coordinating inbound goods, maintaining SAP accuracy and supporting operational performance across the site.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Coordinating and managing inbound deliveries and inventory receipts
  • Maintaining accurate inventory transactions and stock records in SAP
  • Monitoring inventory levels and supporting FIFO processes
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and CoR requirements
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting warehouse KPI reporting and process improvements
  • Working closely with operational stakeholders to resolve inventory and supply issues
  • Driving a strong safety culture across warehouse operations

 

About You

 

You'll bring experience from warehousing, inventory control or supply chain operations, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment. You enjoy solving problems, have strong attention to detail and build effective relationships across a range of stakeholders.

 

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing or supply chain operations
  • Experience working in an FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong SAP experience (highly desirable)
  • Current Forklift Licence with recent high reach and counterbalance experience
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of GMP, food safety and warehouse compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capability
