Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the role is to:
- Lead and support a team to achieve daily targets (NIGHT SHIFT)
- Coordinate people, workflow and production activities to maximise efficiency
- Ensure products meet quality, food safety and customer standards
- Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS requirements
- Maintain GMP, housekeeping and audit-ready standards
- Identify and resolve production, quality and equipment issues
- Complete production reports and shift handovers accurately
- Train, coach and develop team members
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and performance
- Build a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- You're a natural leader who enjoys developing people and bringing teams together
- You have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
- You understand GMP, HACCP, food safety and quality systems
- You can confidently communicate with operators, peers and leaders across the business
- You're organised, proactive and able to make decisions in a dynamic production environment
- You take pride in delivering safe, high-quality products and achieving operational results
- You lead by example and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to support the team when needed
- You have a continuous improvement mindset and are always looking for ways to make things better
