Slicer Operator

• Immediate starts available – Dandenong site based 
• Permanent Full-time position – night shift, starts from 1am  
• Hourly Rate - $30.74  

Tip Top Dandenong are currently seeking 2x full time Slicing Operators to join the team. As a Bread Slicing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our slicing machinery to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Your attention to detail and dedication to safety will be crucial in this role. 

Roster: You will be working on rotating rosters Monday-Sunday, working between 4-5 days per week, starting at 1am and finishing up to 9:45am.   

Purpose of the Role 

• Operate machinery according to specifications 
• Monitor slicing equipment for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance 
• Inspect product for quality and consistency, and escalating to relevant teams as needed 
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines 
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors 

About You 

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Have a strong safety mindset 
• Experience with operating machinery 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets 
• High level of accuracy of data input and recording 
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team 
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
