We’re seeking a Regional Finance Manager – Operations to join our Tip Top Finance team. This senior leadership role is a key strategic and operational business partner to the Regional Operations Manager, sitting on both the Operations Finance Leadership Team and the Regional Operations Leadership Team. You’ll have full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility for the region and play a critical role in enabling superior decision-making through robust financial insights, governance and risk management. This is a multi-site leadership role with significant influence on operational performance and growth.
This role is flexible to be based at our Dandenong, VIC bakery or Springwood, QLD bakery and will require regular travel to sites across Australia.
Purpose of the Role
- Partner with Regional Operations leadership to deliver operational performance and growth opportunities aligned to Tip Top’s strategy
- Lead financial planning, reporting and forecasting for regional operations
- Provide commercial evaluation and business case development for strategic decisions, including capital expenditure and cost efficiency initiatives
- Drive governance, compliance and risk management across financial processes
- Champion digital transformation and analytics within the Operations Finance team
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering engagement and continuous improvement
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree qualified CPA, CA or CIMA (required)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within FMCG or process manufacturing
- Proven experience in multi-site financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen with experience in change management and strategic planning
- ERP systems knowledge and a track record of driving process improvements
