Looking for meaningful part‑time work that fits around school hours, family commitments or a return to the workforce? Tip Top is seeking a People & Performance (P&P) Advisor to support our South-West Region with HR coordination, employee support and day‑to‑day people operations.
Based in Dandenong, this role offers true flexibility – 15.2 hours can be worked across 2 or 3 days, allowing you to balance professional growth with life outside of work.
Reporting to the Regional People & Performance Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for local HR support and play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Purpose of the Role
- Provide support for HR/ER and Enterprise Agreement queries
- Assist with preparing documents for IR matters and escalate complex issues as needed
- Draft and process contracts, variations and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS updates in SuccessFactors
- Assist with training logistics, induction delivery and capability workshops
- Compile HR reports and support compliance with audit and privacy requirements
- Contribute to regional projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in HR or a People & Performance function
- Experience with Enterprise Agreements, HRIS systems or FMCG/manufacturing HR will be highly regarded
- Exposure to Enterprise Agreements, IR, contract management, or HRIS
- Ability to build relationships and support line leaders
- Strong coordination and administrative skills
