Due to an internal movement, we’re now looking for a dynamic People & Performance (P&P) Business Partner to join our Victorian team and help drive a high-performance culture across our operations on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Regional P&P Manager – Operations, South/West Region, you’ll be the trusted HR partner for our Dandenong bakery operations. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with leaders and teams to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement and capability.
Purpose of the Role
- Coaching leaders to lift performance and accountability
- Driving talent, succession and capability development
- Supporting change and transformation initiatives
- Leading employee and union engagement strategies
- Advising on industrial relations and EBA processes
- Championing safety, culture and leadership behaviours
About You
- Degree-qualified in HR, Business or Organisational Psychology
- Experienced in HR business partnering within manufacturing or operations
- A confident communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder skills
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Skilled in change management and employee relations
- Collaborative, agile and ready to make an impact
