Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who enjoys influencing operational performance and driving business results?

 

We're looking for an experienced Operations Finance Business Partner to support our manufacturing sites across Dandenong, Truganina and Bendigo. Partnering closely with site leadership teams, you'll provide meaningful financial insights, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver operational targets.

 

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to the business, translating financial data into actionable insights and constructively challenging decisions to improve performance. Based at our Dandenong site you'll build strong stakeholder relationships, educate operational teams and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

 

No two days are the same. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Partner with Operations leaders across Dandenong, Truganina and Bendigo to drive financial and operational performance
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Translate financial results into meaningful insights and educate operational stakeholders on performance drivers
  • Challenge assumptions and provide constructive recommendations to improve business outcomes
  • Identify risks, opportunities and cost improvement initiatives to support delivery of site targets
  • Proactively work with stakeholders when performance is off track, helping to identify solutions and action plans to achieve targets
  • Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support decision-making
  • Drive strong governance, controls and audit readiness across the sites
  • Contribute to a high-performing finance team by sharing ideas, providing challenge where needed, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

 

About You

 

You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and being part of the action.

 

You'll bring:

  • CA, CPA or CIMA qualification
  • Finance Business Partnering experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain or FMCG environments
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
  • Advanced SAP and Excel skills (essential)
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to challenge constructively and influence positive outcomes
  • A proactive, curious and self-motivated approach
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
