Tip Top is seeking a Field Service Planner to join our dynamic Field Sales team and help us deliver everyday moments of goodness to our customers.
As a Field Service Planner, you’ll play a key role in creating effective, efficient and compliant resourcing and scheduling practices for our Field Sales merchandising workforce. You’ll partner closely with sales leaders to ensure our teams are optimally deployed across geographical areas, enabling strong execution and performance.
Purpose of the Role
- Develop and maintain compliant and efficient rostering and routing practices
- Utilise workforce planning tools to support recruitment and scheduling
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to support performance insights
- Partner with sales leaders and People & Performance to forecast labour needs
- Drive continuous improvement in workforce management
- Champion safety and compliance across all planning activities
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, HR or related field (desirable)
- Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong Excel and workforce planning system skills
- Knowledge of industrial instruments (Enterprise Agreements, Awards)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement
- Resilience and adaptability in managing change
