Field Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support our national Merchandising operation. As a key member of the Field Services Team, this role plays a critical part in supporting the Field Sales Team through the coordination, administration, and communication of workforce planning across the business. You will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, enabling seamless in-store execution nationwide.

Purpose of the Role

  • Support the Field Sales Team with national workforce planning for the Merchandising team
  • Coordinate and execute timely leave coverage, including sick leave, last-minute absences, and planned annual leave
  • Communicate regularly with the Field Team to ensure effective coverage and operational continuity
  • Support the Field Services team with direct labour and agency management
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and fast, confident decision-making to resolve workforce challenges efficiently

About You

 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be a strong communicator, with experience managing multiple stakeholders, to effectively build trusted relationships across field teams, stores, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Be a proactive problem solver who can make timely, confident decisions in fastpaced, timecritical environments
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve workforce or operational challenges effectively
  • Be comfortable learning and adapting to new processes and systems
  • Have strong attention to data accuracy and information management
  • Have experience in rostering, workforce planning or coordination - desirable but not essential.
