Saturday 12pm – 4pm

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Field Sales Team, assisting with the coordination, administration, and communication of all workforce planning for our Merchandising team nationally. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination and execution of timely and efficient leave coverage including sick leave, last minute coverage and planned annual leave coverage.

You will communicate regularly with the Field Team and where required, liaise with stores regarding labour needs and coverage. This includes supporting the Field Services team with direct labour and agency management, rostering requirements nationally.
