Tip Top Bendigo are currently seeking Bakery Assistants to join the team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Roster: Tuesday - Saturday (12:00am - 8:00am), finish at 8:30am on Tuesdays OR On Call
Purpose of the Role
- Assist with production and packing of product.
- Assist with Machine Operation.
- Cleaning duties as required.
- Complete operational documentation.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely.
- Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Food manufacturing industry experience (preferred).
- Strong safety focus, working in a team environment.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated.
- Passion for food safety.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proof of rights to work in Australia.
