Tip Top Bendigo is currently seeking a Qualified Baker with a Trade Baker Qualification to join the team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of bakery products. The role requires a strong understanding of baking techniques, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Available Roster: Sunday - Thursday (12:00am - 8:00am), 8:30am finish on Tuesday.

 

Purpose of the Role 

  • Prepare basic bread mixes and pick and process orders
  • Follow recipes and baking techniques with accuracy and precision
  • Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and proofers
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Manufacturing industry experience (Essential)
  • Trade baker qualification (Essential)
  • Sound communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Passion for food
  • Full Australian work rights - Citizenship or Permanent Residency
