Are you a supply chain professional ready to take on a dynamic planning role in one of ANZ’s most iconic food businesses?

As the Regional Supply Planner – Chilled & Frozen, at Tip Top, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing production and network planning processes. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders across a complex network of production sites and distribution channels.

Purpose of the Role

• Develop and manage resource plans that balance supply and demand across NSW
• Lead weekly operational planning and performance reporting
• Maintain and enhance daily production schedules and contingency plans
• Support optimisation projects through scenario modelling and cost-saving analysis
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, warehouse, and demand planning teams

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles within a FMCG environment
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and VBA experience highly desirable
• Familiarity with FMCG environments and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
