  • Drive initiatives to reduce risk, prevent injuries and strengthen compliance
  • Ensure HSE frameworks and standards are consistently applied and embedded
  • Monitor incident and injury data and ensure learnings are implemented and shared across sites
  • Support leaders in risk management, investigations and capability uplift

HSE Governance, Frameworks & Continuous Improvement (ANZ-wide)

  • Lead the standardisation and continuous improvement of HSE frameworks, processes and ways of working
  • Drive consistency and simplification across all Tip Top sites
  • Oversee HSE governance, compliance, reporting and document control
  • Use data, insights and digital tools to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives
  • Manage internal and external audit programs, ensuring strong system and process integrity
  • Translate findings into practical, scalable improvements that lift performance across the business

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualification in Health & Safety or similar
  • Proven experience in HSE leadership roles within manufacturing, FMCG or operations
