At Tip Top, we're passionate about delivering the products Australians know and love. As our Production Planner (Chilled & Frozen), you'll play a critical role in balancing demand, inventory and production across our chilled and frozen network.
Based at our Ermington manufacturing site, you'll work closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure products are available when and where they're needed. Reporting to the National Supply Planning Manager (Chilled & Frozen), you'll help develop and execute short-term supply plans, manage risk and contribute to the efficient operation of a national manufacturing network.
Purpose of the Role
- Create and maintain short-term production plans across chilled and frozen sites
- Facilitate weekly planning meetings and align production schedules with operational requirements
- Monitor inventory levels while achieving customer service targets
- Identify and manage supply risks, constraints and forecast variances
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Operations teams to ensure seamless supply
- Support NPD launches and product transitions
- Drive process improvements and contribute to supply chain projects
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
About You
You are an analytical and commercially minded supply chain professional who enjoys solving problems, working cross-functionally and operating in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics or Supply Chain Analytics
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with SAP or another ERP system
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies
- FMCG experience highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Planning or a related discipline (desirable)
